Beginning of the standardization process of passages in urban areas of Herat

In a joint meeting; The heads of urban governance, technical and professional services, and the governors of the fifteen urban districts discussed the implementation of the procedure for the creation, division, merger and dissolution of urban passages and the beginning of standardization of passages.

At this meeting, the participants decided to start the process of standardization of the passages of the 15 districts from Saturday, and according to the procedure of creating, dividing, merging and dissolving the passages, any passage that does not have more than one standard property will be merged with other passages.
However the members of this meeting; They considered the existence of non-standard passages in Herat city as a problem in the implementation of development and infrastructure projects and emphasized on the early implementation of this legal process.
