Attention to All Cargo Three-Wheeler Operators in the Area from Cinema Square to Darb-e-Malek, Particularly at the Following Locations: Behzad Road, Eidgah Road, Khorasan Road, and in Front of the Markets.
Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform all cargo three-wheeler operators in the area from Darb-e-Malek to Cinema Square that, in accordance with the joint plan of the Herat Municipality, Herat Police Command, and Traffic Management Department, parking cargo three-wheelers on the road in front of Eidgah Road, Khorasan Road, Behzad Road, and in front of the markets is prohibited.
In case of violation, the cargo three-wheelers will be identified by the authorized personnel and transferred to the Traffic Management Department. In such cases, the concerned operators will have no right to file a complaint.
