Herat Municipality Public Notice Attention: All shopkeepers, street vendors, and pushcart and stall operators along the southern side of the road from Khwaja Kalla to Baraman!
This is to inform all concerned shopkeepers, street vendors, and pushcart and stall operators in the aforementioned area that, pursuant to Decree No. (21) of the Amir-ul-Momineen (May Allah protect him) regarding the regulation of street vendors, all pushcart and stall operators in the said area are hereby instructed to arrange their carts and stalls in a single row along the northern lane of the area, in accordance with the layout and plan of the Market Development Directorate.
No shopkeeper or street vendor is permitted to use the sidewalk or roadway in order to prevent traffic congestion.
The matter has been communicated to the public through this notice. In the event of any violation, their goods and belongings will be collected and removed, and they shall have no right to lodge a complaint thereafter.
