Herat Municipality invites all eligible bidders to participate in the re-entry process (announcing the bidding process for the asphalt road project in Hatefi, Gheizan and Balian passages with a length of 900 meters and a width of 7 meters in the fourth district of the city) and submit their closed bids in accordance with the terms Dari language, which they receive in exchange for payment of (0) Afghanis, according to the law and public procurement procedure, from the date of publication of the announcement to the period of (21) calendar days.
The deadline for receiving the bet and submitting bids is until 2:00 pm on Wednesday, the 16th of Mizan 1399, and late and online bids will not be accepted.
The bid security amount (550,000 / five hundred and fifty thousand) is in the form of cash or bank guarantee and the eligibility conditions are in accordance with Article 17 of the Procurement Law.
