Herat Municipality hereby announces that a plot of land located along the Minarets Alternative Road, within the Fifth Municipal District of Herat, is being offered for lease through a competitive bidding process.
Interested applicants are requested to submit their applications, along with a copy of their National Identity Card (Tazkira), to Herat Municipality within ten (10) calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement. Applicants must also visit the General Directorate of Contract Facilitation and Planning of Herat Municipality to obtain the bidding documents.
