Notable food vendors, shopkeepers and business suite owners, halls and other gathering centers

According to the governor of Herat, the prosecutor's office, the prosecutor's office, the judiciary, the national security, the police, the public health and the guild chamber and the guilds of all fellow citizens, food vendors, shopkeepers and business owners, halls and other gathering centers are required to comply. They are as follows:

1. The procedures of the Ministry of Public Health and the World Health Organization are and are fully applicable.
2- The use of a mask when leaving the house is mandatory and certain warnings have been issued in accordance with it.
3. Public places are closed according to previous announcements.
4- According to the explicit article of Article 891 of the Penal Code of the Islamic Republic of Iran, which is as follows:

(1). A person is sentenced to imprisonment if he refuses to spread the disease to others by refusing one of the following actions.
- Do not create a tracking system
- Failure to observe food preservation
- Failure to comply with regulations, procedures and standards
- Failure to comply with food safety measures
- Failure to comply with the warning
- Production, supply, recycling, storage, export, distribution and sale of non-food items
- Buy unhealthy foods with the intention of reselling them
- Publishing deceptive and misleading announcements
- Illegal activity
(2). If the perpetrator of the crimes mentioned in paragraph (1) of this article causes the death of a person, the perpetrator shall be sentenced to a long imprisonment.
(3). A person who produces, prepares, stocks, stores, exports, distributes and sells haram food is sentenced to maximum imprisonment.
