Public Notice to All Buyers and Sellers of Scrap (Namaki) in the Fifteen Districts of Herat City
Dear Respected Citizens,
Recently, following an assessment of urban challenges, the development of solutions and necessary measures to address obstacles to urban order, and efforts to prevent noise pollution, a plan for the implementation and collection of loudspeakers used by all mobile vendors and street sellers throughout Herat City was prepared in cooperation with the fifteen districts of Herat Municipality. Following its approval by the Herat Municipality, the plan has entered the implementation stage.
Accordingly, the use of loudspeakers by mobile vendors, Namaki sellers, and other users for the purpose of attracting customers is prohibited in all residential areas and within the city.
The above-mentioned provisions are hereby strictly emphasized. Starting from the publication of this notice, the assigned teams of Herat Municipality will monitor its implementation. In the event of any violation, the offender will be subject to appropriate action in accordance with the applicable regulations and procedures, and no objection or complaint will be accepted thereafter.
