Holding an awareness program about the customer service center in urban areas

Mansour Alizai, Head of Urban Governance of Herat Municipality, announces the launch of an awareness program about the Customer Service Center in the 15 urban areas of Herat.
The purpose of holding this program is to introduce how service activities and to better address the problems of citizens. The head of the municipal administration mentioned the reduction of corruption, speeding up the process of issuing permits, cleaning properties, installing billboards, resolving disputes of people's councils as the main activities of the client service center and asked public transit lawyers to inform the local residents.
