"Citizens of Herat will see more greenery growth in the new year and in the new spring"

Officials of Herat Municipality stated that with the establishment of daily restrictions in Herat, the Green Management Department of Technical and Sectoral Services has been able to improve the greenery situation in Herat.

"Next year, we will have a different green space than in the past, and these changes have taken place during the quarantine days," said Seyed Afghan Afghan, director general of greenery at the Herat Municipality's Technical and Sectoral Services Department. During this time, the Herat Municipality has planted sycamore trees on various boulevards in the city.
It is worth mentioning that in the spring, Herat Municipality has planted more than 30,000 saplings in the city's green space, amusement parks, boulevards and green slopes.
