Meeting of the leadership board of local administrations in order to implement the guidelines of the Commission for Urban Order and Development

Ghulam Hazrat Mushfeq, Mayor of Herat, Dr. Noor Ahmad Heydari, Deputy Governor for Finance and Administration, Kamran Alizai, Chairman of the Provincial Council, officials of the Police, Traffic and Transportation Commands discussed the implementation of the guidelines of the Urban Development Commission.

The mayor of Herat states that the Commission for Urban Order and Development has recently started working and has 7 important working committees that include all sectoral and military departments. Each of the departments in this committee has specific responsibilities in order to establish order, development and development of the city.
Mr. Mushfeq expressed his satisfaction with the commencement of the commission's work and called on each of the competent departments and social, economic and cultural institutions to act seriously in accordance with their duties in the Urban Order and Development Commission.

Dr. Noor Ahmad Heidari, Deputy Governor of Herat, spoke about the support of the Governor in this regard and also asked the Provincial Council to cooperate with the Municipal Administration and relevant departments in the Commission for Urban Order and Development.

Meanwhile, Kamran Alizai, Chairman of the Herat Provincial Council, expressed the support of the members of the council for the establishment of sustainable order in the city from the municipal administration and other competent departments and emphasized the implementation of legal decisions of the commission in joint cooperation of each member.

In this meeting; The members of the Urban Order and Development Commission decided that from Saturday to the end of that week:
- The Department of Transportation should transfer the passenger stations of the districts and provinces to the entrance gates of the city.
- All arbitrary parking lots should be closed by the traffic management of Amina Command and the Municipality.
- The traffic management of Amina Command on public roads does not allow double vehicles to any park.
- The municipal administration does not allow any facilities from the position of Mostofit to the door of the property.
- The traffic management of the police command should not allow any three-wheeled vehicle from Mostofit to the property door.
- In the next steps, the carriers and wheelwrights, in cooperation with the relevant departments, will be moved to specific load fields.
