It is with great regret that we learned a few moments ago that Al-Hajj Abdul Rahim Asemi, the "Kalifa of Sahib Novin", one of the great scholars and great scholars of Herat province, said goodbye to the mortal moments and joined the land of eternity.

The Board of Directors of Herat Municipality has offered its condolences to the family of Khalifa Sahib Novin and all his dear compatriots. He prays to God Almighty for the deceased to go to heaven and for their survivors to have great patience.
Caliph Sahib Novin, one of the great men of science and knowledge, was a good and philanthropic figure, and in this regard, all his compatriots are fully aware of him. The loss of such dignified figures is an irreparable loss for Herat and the people of Herat.
