The construction project of Alibabnabi Talib Alley Canal, located in Ghorduraz Pass, 5th District, was inaugurated by Munsa Hassanzadeh, Deputy Governor of Herat Province, and Sayed Afghan Afghan, Head of Technical and Professional Services of the Municipality, in the presence of a large number of local elders and influential people.
