In the first stage, the annual performance of the third and sixth urban district administrators was evaluated and in the current stage, the second, thirteenth and fourteenth urban district administrations of Herat municipal administration were evaluated and evaluated.

The Evaluation Board also asked questions from the second, thirteenth, and fourteenth municipal district administrators, and the district administrators explained their activities with acceptable documentation.

It is worth mentioning that in evaluating the annual performance of urban area managers; All activities, especially how to deal with social problems, how to provide services, preservation and care of antiquities, green space, cleanliness and obtaining projected revenues, are evaluated.
